Ayurveda

Pancha Karma:
In Ayurveda, Pancha Karma means the “Five Cleansings”.  Here is a short meditation I recorded during a class lecture by Dr. Lad.  “It is important to bring order into diet, relationship, and lifestyle before beginning Pancha Karma.  Discipline is the most important.  Outer listening and inner listening go together.  Self learning is observing, not taking part in thought and be carried away by emotions.  It’s as if we’re sitting on the bank of the river watching the current of the river.  The Bank of the River of the Mind.”
